Lesson 2 is all about drawing overlapping spheres. Set your light source and get some shading in place to make things look 3D and realistic. This lesson teaches you about 3 important drawing laws:

  • size (Draw objects bigger to make them look closer or smaller to look further away)
  • placement (Draw objects lower on the surface to make them looker closer and higher to make them appear further away)
  • overlapping (Draw objects in front of one another and they'll look closer; tuck them behind to make them look further away)

And here is my attempt. I'm starting to fell like an artist already.
